HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

We accept payments via Paypal or Debit / Credit (Mastercard/Visa) cards!       

1) Visit us at www.icapella.com, and find the item/s you'd like to order.
2) Click on the item to view all available details.
3) Select the color and size you'd like.
4) Click on the 'Add to Cart' button.
5) Repeat the above steps if you wish to add more items to your cart.
6) When you're ready click on 'Checkout' at the top right corner of the page.
7) Confirm your name and delivery address. Please make sure these details are correct. We also recommend adding your phone number so that Mr Postman can contact you if you are not home for the delivery. :)
8) Complete your purchase via your preferred payment method. (PayPal, Debit /Credit card.
9) You're done! Please make sure your order is "Confirmed" before leaving our website. If your order is successful, you will see a page with your Order number. 


HOW SAFE IS YOUR WEBSITE?

All payments are processed via PayPal or Shopify payments. These are both very trusted and secure payment platforms. We do not store or have access to any of your debit / credit card details, or passwords. Payments are 100% screened and processed by PayPal / Shopify. Please feel free to check out our Instagram page @icapella, where we have more than 20,000 loyal fans and followers! Many of our followers, order from our website on a regular basis.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

Absolutely not! Shipping is entirely FREE WORLDWIDE, and by that we mean that we ship to each and every country, free of charge. Yes, you read it right!  There are no additional costs when you pay :) 


I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders take between 4-6 business days to be processed, this time is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding (to our shipping company) for dispatch. Once an order has been processed, it will then be shipped out and a tracking number will be made available to you.

Please note: Orders usually take between 15-25 business days to be delivered. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

 

PACKAGES THAT ARE UNCLAIMED/REJECTED/RETURNED 

All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's value if this happens. 

Please remember to check your name and delivery address carefully when you place an order. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please drop us an email within 14 days of receiving your order. If you do decide to return your item to us, you will either be given store credit or allowed to exchange the returned item for another item of equal or lower value.  

We do not charge any types of restocking or handling fees, however please note that buyers are responsible to pay for the return shipping/postage costs and we will not be able to reimburse these costs.
